Love the way it looks but gets caught on everything

As I said in the title, visually I love these, however the prongs get caught on any loose thread that they come into contact with. The prong got caught in the cover of my neck pillow on about day and my friend had to cut the thread and today it got caught in my dressing gown which is not something you want to be happening to a new piercing (or at all).

Hey there, we would definitely recommend coming back in for a prong assesment. If you are snagging the prongs, there is a risk that the prongs are being widened with each event which will only increase the chances of this happening and the probability of losing your gemstone. it is highly important not to sleep on any new piercings and to be extra careful during the first 12wks of healing which we appreciate can take a bit of extra effort to adjust to, but please know we are here to help where we can if you need anything. It may be a case that the prongs need flattening or that the prong style isnt suitable for you. In either way we would love to do a consultation and assess how we can help :)
