As body jewellery is worn in the skin, it is considered "contaminated" as soon as it is worn. It is unsafe (and unethical) to sell contaminated jewellery.
In the interests of health and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewellery purchases for change of mind, or from purchasing the incorrect size.
The only instance that we can accept returned jewellery is in the case of faulty jewellery being supplied. We will replace the faulty jewellery with correct jewellery.
Custom ordered jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind, or incorrect jewellery being ordered.
These pieces are ordered and made specifically for the customer, and as such will not be suitable for re-sale.
When a customer places a custom order, they are committing to buying that item of jewellery.
WHAT DOES "LIFETIME QUALITY GUARANTEE" MEAN?
A lifetime quality guarantee means that the item of jewellery comes with a manufacturer's warranty for the jewellery to be free from manufacturing defects.
This means that gems are of the highest quality, and will not discolour or fall out of the settings. Hinges will not break, and threads and pins will remain in place.
This warranty is to be free from manufacturer's defects only, which means that it cannot cover loss of jewellery, or broken jewellery from being mistreated (being dropped, bent or damaged with tools etc).
